Gable: typeface

Gable
Amsterdam is known for rows of narrow, leaning houses with decorative gables that hoist furniture from ground level into the home. Gable is a typeface inspired by the condensed and skewed buildings, decorative gables, and unique culture of the city. The characteristics of the letterforms mimic the leaning houses - a  condensed and  skewed body with a low crossbar and quirky details, as well as an ornate version that's inspired by the main four Dutch  gable shapes.
